I have an HP Envy Sleekbook M6-k010dx. It's supposed to have 6gb of ram and allocated around 2gb of it to the vram. It only shows up the ram from the first slot and allocates around 700mbs to the vram. Can somebody help me? The pins don't look damaged from what I can see and I've tried inserting it and pulling it back out and even blowing into it like the old Nintendo cartridges, but still nothing.
