  1. I have no idea how to check the rev number, that is also the BIOS I have installed.
  2. Yes the mobo has a flashback button. I cant find any UEFI updates though. Perhaps you know of one?
  3. I have tried doing both of the HDMI and DVI on the mobo. I have also tried on my video card. Its not exactly a black screen, my monitor just doesn't display anything and it goes into sleep mode.
  4. wondering if its because the BIOS is Legacy, id there any way to change to to UEFI?
  5. Oh yeah I forgot to mention I have tried every key. I looked it up that the key is DEL for my mobo, but when i press it on boot, it has no output on any output.
  6. My motherboard is an MSI B450 Tomahawk. I am tired of typing this out. Someone help or I will just buy a new PC. I have reset the CMOS ans installed the newest BIOS. It says I have a legacy BIOS and not UEFI so I don't have UEFI Firmware boot options. I don't even get the MSI logo when I boot my PC. I only want to a clean install of windows on my new SSD and change it to my default boot dive, but I cant boot from the flash drive without a BIOS. The image is exactly what my advanced startup screen looks like.
  7. Can I short it with a key or something metal? I dont have a jumper, also do I leave the CMOS battery in or out?
  8. I make the USB drive for BIOS flashback, I named the BIOS file to MSI.ROM (Its an msi board) My issue is that the red light flashes thrice and then goes to a solid light. Would any of you know what this means and how to fix it? Thanks!
  9. well I do not mean I do not have a BIOS, I just cant boot into it. I will try your recommendation.
  10. I have no idea is that means Legay + UEFI, but in the advanced restart, I do not have the UEFI Firmware option And since win. 10 and 8.1 are UEFI only, probably explains why I do not have a BIOS
