Is there ANY WAY in Windows to remove the " This video may be inappropriate for some users. " warnings from ex. here
Without clicking "i understand and wish to proceed" ?
P.S. you have to copy url and open the video to a new tab to get the warning.
If windows indeed boot and you just don't have a video output by pressing alt+ctrl+del, up arrow, enter and enter should put your PC to sleep.
I am unsure if A0 is supposed to be displayed briefly after POST or remain there.
My PC won't wake up from sleep sometimes when monitor(Samsung) is connected to it with a DP cable.
After hitting reset Dr.Debug (Asrock MB) will pop a b2 error and will refuse to post.
Even if i turn off or unplug my PC from power b2 error will remain and will refuse to post until i unplug my monitor from my GPU(GTX 1060).
Then i can hotplug my Monitor to my GPU and everything work just fine.
Any solutions?
Anyway to the point you cannot really troubleshoot if motherboard isn't throwing codes.
On the side note you didn't really needed the new GPU and the watercooler since all PC can boot windows without those(even those without integrated graphics).
Remove everything and just keep the psu mb cpu and ram.
Try to post.
If no post or codes remove ram.
No codes? remove cpu.
Still nothing? probably it's the mb.
On a second side note a bad cpu can destroy a good mb.
The LED on pump is up.
As i said that can be normal even with a switched off PC.
My old PC used to switch off 1/2 of a second after turning on.
So it's not uncommon.
And to add to this isn't the pump 12V powered ?
Some LEDs are on even when the PC is off.
Like my GPU LED is on when PC is off.
So there is nothing to prove it's a short on 12v rail and it's not the PC just switching off.
