M.2 slots connected to the CPU are (near negligibly) better than those that have to go through the chipset. That said if your going to buy a better M.2 drive in future, or if the SSD is of an older generation, it might be worth keeping the CPU M.2 slots available. Also, a few board have CPU M.2 slots that reduce the PCIe lanes going to the main PCIe slot.
 
What board do you have? (Also, what CPU and M.2 drive? with certain boards the PCIe capabilities vary between differnet generations of CPU, and knowing what drive your using will allow us to best advise you.)

Largely it's the one going directly to CPU, though if you have one of the handful of boards that steals PCIe lanes from the primary x16 slot for the primary M.2 slot you want to use a different slot. 
 
It doesn't really matter much in practice though.

16 for GPU slot(s) 4 for 1st M.2 slot 4 for 2nd M.2 slot 4 to the chipset First two M.2 slots are full-speed PCI-E 5.0, but the last two are going through the X670 chipset, and it only PCI-E 4.0 speed.
GPU slot(s) are unaffected.

i personally cannot wait to play another true bethesda rpg as its been years since falllout 4 released the last mainline bethesda title. and of course before that skyrim. Sadly not many games have given me this bethesda open world vibe that their games give me. The only game that came close to that in the past years was a game like elden ring funnily enough and i personally am dying to play another big rpg. so i personally bought the premium edition as i was planning on getting the dlc anyway so the earlier access is a nice bonus, (even convinced my partner who also games to get it as well) 🙂 

Either of the Akkos wins by default purely from a far better software support, and between the 2 id definitely go for the 5075B plus.

Yeah monitor is very old. Going to get a high refresh 1440p, shopping around for a good deal right now. Also considering the Ryzen 5800x3d. Seems to be my best option with the x570 mobo.

I did not know Hi Point made a 10mm lol so I picked one up today, 100 rounds for it and some powder for my cannon 🙂

I mean if OP already has a bungee and dont mind the cable drag, why not? I personally went back to wired from G305 because of the weight per dollar issue on budget mice like Orochi and G305.
 
But its hard to choose because both mice are meant to serve 2 completely different discipline, former is an FPS centric ergo mice where it would compete with the likes of Pulsar Xlite, upcoming Lamzu Thorn, and Deathadder V3 while the latter is a more general purpose ergo mice that is in the vein of G502. So then id ask what is OP's budget, hand size, and grip style?
 
And yeah, if battery life is a concern, youre going to charge it after a session anyway, and even if you forget you have so much more buffer than you thought. If you dont already have a bungee, just go wireless.

I would go for this. It doesnt look that bad and TBH unless your going to vertically mount your GPU you wont see much of it anyways. Just my opinion.

Get the cheapest one available. go on PCpartspicker and go search 4080 and click the arrow near the right side. Also look used to save more money.

For sharing your opinion. Your explanation is quite logical and practical. You forced me to re-evaluate the assumption. Lol 

I decided to go with PC/Steam version due to their 14 day/2 hour return policy. I have utilized it in the past so I know it's hassle free. If this game lives up to the hype, I have been known to own multiple copies on different platforms like Skyrim for example. Good luck and have fun!

So far its ok, some of the sounds are horrocious, first person in vehicles has shaky camera. You definitely can still do "Only in Battlefield" stuff. I have been doing some of my same old tricks like helicopter seat switching, putting c4 on drones... the stuff that really puts a smile on my face!
