Did that twice already.... Looks like clean windows install is required

I switched out my AMD 390x for a new 2080 I removed all amd drivers and stuff with ddu, used ccleaner to remove reg entries, and then installed the NVIDIA Latest Drivers. Everything other than direct x 9 and 11 stuff ( OpenGL ) works pretty well ( even the video decoders that use direct x causes my video player, KMPlayer, to crash ). ( Ive Attatched A Couple Of Examples ) All of these were working well before the GPU switch. I've tried re-installing all the direct x runtimes, rolling back drivers, registry tweaks, etc None of them work. I would like to avoid Re-Installing windows completely if possible.
