What about the RX 590?

I would like to get the gtx 1660ti for a build. This card has 6gb of VRAM. I am not sure if that is enough or if I should get more. If I run all of my games at 1080p will 6gb be enough?

I am going for more of a budget

1080p

I am planning on building a mid range pc for gaming and possibly streaming. Should I go for an RX590 or a 1660 ti? Both of these cards are very similar and I am wondering which you would prefer. Also, should I get the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or 7 1700? Is the 2600 still good for streaming? I know that the Ryzen 5 2600 is the better choice for strictly gaming.

Also, can anyone recommend a cheap windows 10 key?

Does Ryzen 7 1700 come with the cooler?

Oh lol ok but why would you prefer it? Actually it may be better to buy something new vs used. I am a little worried about that.
