FlatOut is FREE right now on GOG. 92% Very Positive reviews on Steam... Link.

You have until February 17th to claim and keep this freebie forever.

Created by Finnish developer Bugbear Entertainment, this company is best known for Wreckfest and Ridge Racer Unbounded. The FlatOut series actually started 20 years ago but now the original is finally free. Gameplay in FlatOut places emphasis on demolition derby-style races and features a sophisticated physics engine. The game is mostly known for car drivers flying through the windshield.

I remember when I'd be lucky to get a tenth of that in PPD 8-9 years ago.

No. Those tools are to bypass flashing restrictions entirely. OP could still flash the BIOS from a high end GTX 1050 Ti to his card but as far as editing goes, there's still no publicly available BIOS editor for Pascal and later.

I don't watch tech reviewer's. I'm too smooth brained to pay attention to whatever they're waffling about. Some of them are also difficult to listen to. Boring voices and whatever else.

Instead I read articles. Primarily from TechPowerUp and Guru3D. Go at your own pace sort of thing. Good stuff.

The fact that memory shows 0.00V should indicate that something is wrong with either the memory or the GPU.

Considering that your other posts show the code 43 error, it's the end of the line for that card. I'm sure it can be repaired but it would likely be quite costly.

This, if I want data/info about something I read about it and do my own research, I watch LTT for entertainment and the bonus of learning about things that otherwise I dont care about.

    Summary
PSNI (Police Service Northern Ireland) has accidentally provided a freedom of information request with far too much information. In this case providing an Excel document that contained the surname, Initials, Rank/Grade of the officer, location, and finally the department they work in.

    My thoughts
The recent data leak by the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) raises significant concerns. In Northern Ireland, where many police officers confront challenging situations and threats daily, a large number operate as plain-clothed officers. While the leaked details, such as last names and work locations, might appear insignificant, they pose a considerable risk. For an officer operating discreetly within a community, these details can provide enough information for those with ill intentions to discern their identity. This is especially alarming in tight-knit communities where residents are well-acquainted.

Considering Northern Ireland's not-so-distant history of unrest and violence, coupled with the ongoing activities of paramilitaries—whether rooted in historical political issues or evolving into gangs involved in drugs or other criminal enterprises—the risk is heightened. With the data of both active officers and civilian PSNI staff exposed, it wouldn't take much effort or social engineering to exploit this information for malicious purposes.

Moreover, the incident prompts questions about PSNI's data handling practices. Why was such sensitive information stored in a basic file? And how could it be released without proper verification?

DRAM 2 is the backside memory modules. If you touch your backplate you will feel it (might burn your fingers though so watch out). It's normal. I think memory modules are rated for around 110C anyway.

    TLDR: It's no big deal.
