      @CircleTech I'm aware of that. Well, LMG tested the 3080 already and found out that it draws about 350W under peak load and the 3090 will consume even more (after all, it has a larger chip). The Titan with the 10-Series cooler struggled to maintain high clocks because of its not good thermals. This one with 100+ Watts more power consumption on the other hand is supposed to be cooled well with a two-slot blower-style cooler? I don't see that happening. That's probably the new MacBook of GPU coolers.

      It's a common misconception that SFF = blower.

      Modern SFF cases are meant and designed for standard AIB cards.


      Blowers are still king for cramming a bunch of cards in one case for compute/science reasons.

      That said, Gigabyte sucks at blowers.

      The blower card I initially tried in Cherchez (I knew it would be awful beforehand) definitely was hot, loud, and miserable.
