  1. Try booting with the onboard graphics with the R9 280x removed. As strange as it sounds I had a similar issue with my rig and it turned out to be the GPU. Also the manual for your Motherboard says B2 is a "Legacy Option ROM initialization" code if that helps anyone: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z87X-UD3H-rev-1x#support-manual
  2. Finally a use for all of the old photos of random stuff I had lying around This last one is the best, this Windows XP computer was left powered off in the middle of updates:
  3. I was creating .iso files in Linux using Brasero and everything was working fine until I switched back to Windows 10. Afterwards I discover that anytime I tried to open a select few of them in any version of windows it would give me a "Sorry, there was a problem mounting this file" error and the file shows as 0 bytes under size on disk. The files open fine on Linux systems. Drive is formatted with NTFS.
  4. I have shared a drive between to OSs for over a year now. Use NTSF and you should be fine. I think I had to turn off fast startup in "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings" for an internal drive to work though.
