For Ryzen 3000 even then we dont no real world performance so again maybe wait and see but only if you can afford to wait

As for overclocking the I9 9900K i think the limit intel have pushed is already high enough overclocking the I9 900K will just push up temps more.

The GTX 1070 is still a fantastic GPU.. i normaly skip a gen for example if i was you and had a gtx 1070 i would skip the RTX 2070 and only buy after that.. Very true. Good point. You could get a 12 core TR for near the same price as a 9900K.

Not really im saying one is more expensive and one is cheaper so you think the cost of a product defines it. Also the OP never stated which one he was looking into hence R3 R5 R7 for amd and Intel I3 I5 I7 i9.
