sure that was no help Tank Samsung in my limited experience trouble shooting my girlfriends phone, she had dropped hers and the back had disengaged the back slightly and all I had to do was lay it on a lint free cloth and put pressure around the bezel to restore functionality, or you could go to Ifixit and see how to remove the back panel and disengage the battery, finally there is a soft reset procedure you can use.... although it escapes me ATM.

I plan to put a mild oc on cpu. utilizing it mostly for handbrake and trancoding- compiling and decompiling.
