It only happens in full-screen. I've yet to test it in windowed mode. in 1080p the RTX 2070 runs fantastic. But you'd think the card should handle 4k.

I actually don't mind some generic's in specific instances. For your instance, if you are thinking to keep that PSU permanently, I would definitely recommend a new PSU with better reviews on efficiency and quality and life expectancy.

450w plenty fine. Quality could be an issue, if you have the funds upgrade to a better quality model. Same thing goes for efficiency. I have no idea what model you have.

Hello! I have a RTX 2070 and for some reason the game loaded in 720p ultra HD quality... Which shocked me so I updated it to 4k and the screen just flickers black (only game that does this) so after messing with the keyboard for awhile I realize its in a loading screen or something! Is the RTX 2070 capable of handling anthem at 4k?

Thats actually rather fast compared to most places. Have you ever seen dial-up before or was that before your time lol. But anyways, I also agree with kelvin you might have your units messed up. MB/s is not the same as mbps

Of curiousity, was your FPS running past 255 -- like 1,000? I've heard of an old sims game doing that as well and then it would lag horribly bad because the FPS was too high.

What are you saying. Hahaha right. Minecraft with mods make it a tough game to run. But without mods? I feel like a potato could play it on low settings & small chunk render distance. Unless microsoft has revamped it so much in the following years. PS: Sorry for double post, I'm unsure how to delete the previous post.

Potential memory leaks? Mod incompatibilities? Post your crash-log (if it crashes).. But it sounds like the mod itself is causing huge leaks in potentially memory or its throttling something. Downgrade to a more stable version?

Because, I was stating the efficiency rating as a blanket statement. Yes there are crap PSU's out there. In fact some of the chinese knock-offs have been better then some of the name brands in certain instances. But, I did make the recommendation originally to get the Corsair, or even the EVGA one he had as they will both work for his needs.

You both are correct. Brand loyalty is definitely not a way to pick out products. I can't find your main pc's psu I've read it, its a good read & very educational. Yes, definitely overkill and I agree. But I am saying, for all intensive purposes, a 1000W+ PSU allows for great headroom & wont actually pull the 1000W rating unless needed. Of course Gotta love the power usage on beasts ;D
