  1. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B27_j9NDPU3cNlj2HKcrfpJKHkOf-Oi1DbuuQva2gT4/edit#gid=0 As you can see, quite a lot of drives have Toshiba 64L 3D TLC NAND. Instead you should be seeing the Rocket as a Phison E12 Reference drive
  2. The MX500 and 860 evo also have this. Pretty sure everyone and their mom knows that the WD Blue 3D is on par with the 860 evo and MX500.
  3. Well, you are paying 116 cad for less than CX quality, and that's when RMx 550 is $110...
  4. Assuming you mean the M12II, that's already a piece of garbage. And used? You couldn't pay me to use it in a system that isn't a 2200G APU build.

  6. That's funny, I thought Intel was much preferred over AMD for Adobe.
  7. Split among 2 rails, you will notice however that the PSU does say that the max rated wattage for it is 340W on the 12V rail. Most PSUs are made in China.
  8. Mostly because consumers are very uninformed and see Samsung as God.
  9. Overall I believe that the article was written mainly for people who actually give a crap about endurance (content creators, etc) but this comments section has spun that into "PLC slower than an HDD reeeeeee"
  10. You probably won't ever see that 520MB/s speed in real life, given that the speed advertised is peak sustained sequential QD32, while most consumers only care about (or should care about) 4K rand r/w QD1.
  11. How would you know that?? Are you a future time traveller who has looked at the 4K rand r/w QD1 of various PLC SSDs and come back??
  12. This is after you fill the SLC cache, which is already an *extremely* unlikely scenario for most consumers. Besides, in order for the 80-120mb/s to bottleneck you, you would have to be doing a massive file transfer with either gigabit ethernet or a local transfer between multiple drives.
  13. o damn, intel skipping the 665p and going straight to the 666p ?
  14. Well OP clearly has thrown price-performance out the window, so may as well add to that.
  15. Keep in mind that unless OP has gigabit ethernet, 100-200mb/s is much faster than his/her internet speed.

  17. QLC DRAMless trash. Get the Tcsunbow X3 480gb instead.
