My suggestion would be a RTX 2060. With a Reyzen 5 2600 with a better CPU Cooler for better overclocking.

Thanks. I have one more question do you know of any replacement fans for the NOCTUA D15. If not do you think that Water cooling would still be a reasonable answer or is it too overkill.

I was wondering if this was a reasonable gaming build for $1,400USD 1,850 CAD. I also am wondering what the best water or air CPU cooler is for around $120USD or if i should change to an intel system. And a good kit of ram for $130USD is. Thanks
