Wow. Nice I thought this was on the higher end . HTC one should be fine bro just make sure you have good lighting. When you get into photography you figure out that light is more important than the camera.

If you dont want to mess up with your overclock this can carry you for now. But learning how to overclock through the bios and Maximize your OC is really worth it. -

You can make computers for relatives, church, friends for money. Its a great place to start if you have the experience. Also doing some videos and posting on Youtube can do you some good of games and unboxing etc. If all else fails, theres still lawn mowing in the summer and shoveling in the winter.

According to your "needs" for this build, I am justifying that a 4770k will be perfectly fine for your usage. If you were doing some high end Video Editing I would recc the CPU you are wanting. Other wise just overclock the 4770k and get the hell of a lot performance you only need. -
