I have an amd phenom ii x6 1055t six core that says it boosts to 3.3ghz but it will only stay at 2.8ghz and never boosts higher than that and temps stay in the mid to high 40’s And i dont have a overclocking mobo

I have a sapphire nitro+ rx570 8gb and I overclocked the memory from 1750 to 2250 mhz and have been using it like that from 2 weeks playing a bunch of games and that is as far as the slider goes in msi after burner is their any way to push it farther?

I have an rx570 8gb OC and a Ryzen 3 2200g oc to 3.75Ghz with 12gb of ram and in state of decay 2 at 1080p ultra i can only get 40fps is this just becuase the game isnt optimized very good?
