i have a 165hz monitor and i5 10600 and it can use 165hz no issue UHD 630 support up to DP: 4096 x 2304 @60 HDMI2.0: 4096 x 2160 @60 Hz so it can support 1080 240hz the reason why you only get 120hz is because your motherboard has HDMI 1.4 that's why it's max out at 120hz use DisplayPort instead.

yes i think it doesn't work you need a 4th gen cpu or later and remove the other gpu for it to work or use the motherboard's HDMI don't forget to install the driver for the cpu's igpu

below AdapterType there is EnableMsHybrid double click on it and change 0 to 1 apply then reboot and try to open NVidia control panel and see if you can select p106 there

I tried generating it it keeps failing at the end of the process "File could not be copied due to an issue. Please check the file (??.txt) in the driver submission as it may be corrupted. Signability test failed."

I installed your modded driver and went to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0002 and changed EnableMsHybrid to 1 as we used to do control panel is working but it's the limited one we already have on the normal 417.22. my question is could you explain to us what is the process or how are you doing this modded driver and can we do it ourselves?

Petitions don't accomplish shit let alone when there are few people behind them. Our best bet is Linus making a video about it calling out Nvidia on this.

BF 2042 won't start, it requires at least driver 471.68.

At this point we need to call out Nvidia on this, even if we wanted to buy a gpu we couldn't. Nvidia stopping us from updating these gpus is just a dick move they literally would lose nothing at this point if they allowed us to.

So with the new driver (265.89) you no longer get the error 43 when changing AdapterType or enabling EnableMsHybrid but the GPU won't be detected as a DirectX capable nonetheless.

Sorry for the late reply, I figured it out. I got a card with a bad memory so the trick was lowering the gpu's memory clock using Afterburner to/or beyond -404hz which for some reason drops the gpu's memory clock directly to 6000hz instead of 7596hz (anything beyond -403hz will force the card to 6000hz) and even that doesn't fix it completely i still crash every now and then . Just my luck. But at least I can play games otherwise I couldn't afford a pc.
