  1. Okay so here is the fix, a very strange one i have to say. I tried many different things and this was the last one i thought would work, it happened to do something with my Windows User Account (Software issue). I opened up an Administrator account (Clean Windows OS) and installed CAM to see what it would be like, everything was working, temps where around 40c, speeds where normal and fans wernt going into overdrive. I then logged back out from my admin account into my main account and everything seemed to work after that. How this fixed it? I have not one single clue. But i guess its worth a shot if you're experiencing this problem.
  2. Hi there thanks for the help, im using a Cooler master Liquid cooler, i found the problem and im writing up the ix now
  3. Hey there, thanks for the response. I've heard that speccy has temp issues. I looked into the BIOS and its saying that its at 80c, which is still not normal for idle temps. I opened up the pc and everything looks good and the cpu cooler feels warm but not hot at all and more then enough pressure. it seems that every different application reports a different temperature.
  4. Hi all, I have got this very annoying yet strange problem. My computer was running fine until today, when it started getting extremely slow, i checked CAM And speccy to see if anything was strange, and there it was, apparently through Speccy my CPU Temp is 144c and through Cam its 85c. Im so confused since this has never happened before, and since the CPU Usage is only 1-4% somethings not right. I would blame it on the Temperature diodes reading an incorrect temp, but that doesn't explain why all of a sudden its really slow. Any ideas would help out massively. Thanks (Speccy Snapshot: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/pVd4m00p83VVZhJTfURAO2g )
  5. Hi there, Today i downloaded a simple Game scanner to see if anything was corrupt (Got it from a video on youtube that demonstration on how to use it) and i went to launch the .exe file and it came up with this error message (Preparing Setup, Errors Encountered. Please try again later), i simply thought it was just the software but then i went to download 7 more different applications (by different devs) that do similar things and the exact same error would come up. I watched a guy download the same file and everything, and i noticed that his .exe had a icon and everything but mine is just a default app icon. his launched perfectly. im not sure if there's something else i need to be able to launch this, i first thought it was java but that fixed nothing. Any ideas on what i can do? (Windows 10) Thanks, -Adam
  6. Hello again, After being able to speak to AMD Support for the last few days, we were able to narrow down the problem a little more, it is very unlikely that there is a CPU Problem, they highly suggest to take the GPU Out and put it into another computer, but i cant do that, i don't have access to another computer... im going to try to continue trying to narrow down where the problem is coming from and hopefully this gets resolved soon... Thanks
  7. Hey, So you think it could be a mix of my ram and cpu combined? i understand that my ram isnt that fast at all, but it should still work fine with a 2400g, i think... and i do know that the ram should be able to support the CPU it self, because when using a GT 1030 everything works fine and the CPU seems to be working fine with the same ram... i know my CPU Isnt very poweful, but i still dont really understand it could make that such an impact. im still not fully sold that its my ram, as i discused with another person thats helping me, it does also look like a very high chance that its a software related issue... When i get back to my computer today, i may update the BIOS, even though its already very new (MID 2018), there may be an issue there, do you think its worth updating? Thanks
  8. Yeah i used to run on the 2400g by it self but then i recently upgraded to a Rx 580. Do you think the 2400g would be making my RX 580 not perform at 100%, because that seems to be the problem... If you think you can help, (im trying to get all the help i can) im still on the hunt for a answer Thanks
  9. Agreed. it just seems odd to be hardware related. but i will test my luck with AMD, i just hope i can fix this soon...
  10. Well thats the problem i dont know what the fault is... im not even sure if its my GPU... i bought my Graphics card on Device Deal linked below. https://www.devicedeal.com.au/asus-radeon-rx-580-rog-strix-top-edition-8gb-video?gclid=Cj0KCQiAurjgBRCqARIsAD09sg8MTib-ZWG3M6Z5QbgKIlzVgWCFhl9Sr54-5hP-oy8nlCFvA8iJ9lQaAiYFEALw_wcB
  11. Oh dang, what they say is that i have to contact the third party Manufacture. As you know i have already done that, and it didn't go too well. should i try it again but select my CPU or try a different method?
  12. Okay thanks man, i dont know what they can do but i hope i get some answers
  13. Yeah i know what you mean, Asus was really something else Using the one monitor didnt seem to change anything, but one thing is that i forgot to say was that im also experiencing a lot of random frame drops where it would completely spike down to 10 (Example) for a split second and then back up, and you guessed it, the usage spikes down when the frame drop happens as well... If i were to contact AMD About the problem, what category would i pick?
  14. Yeah i may have to contact AMD about this, i already contacted Asus because i origionally thought it was the GPU and they just came back with the black and white response, send it back for returns. I Use 2x 24" 144hz FreeSync Monitors, they are amazing.
  15. Ha ha..i have pulled my GPU out multiple times, unplugged everything and plugged everything back in so i could test my GT 1030, and still nothing... Im getting to the point where i have completely run out of ideas and i just dont know what my next step will be...
