There has been a driver update for the 900 series, you might want to update your drivers and see if that solves the issue. It also could have been a windows update, some windows updates give particularly poor results on some GPUs. If you can see if you can go back an update if that's what happened.

Taking into account your financial situation, I would probably stick with a B450M. While an X570 is very nice, and that's what I would recommend anyone to get (especially considering the fact that you're getting a Ryzen 3600 and a Navi GPU), I think that a B450M would suit your needs and financial situation nicely.

I recently had Verizon internet installed at my house, however, the speeds are terrible. The router was placed in the basement, so now every device in our house gets speeds nearly 10 times slower than what we pay for, and 5Ghz is completely non-existent. I discovered that Verizon was using an RG6 cable to my router, and was wondering if it was anything like a TFC-T10 cable that is already installed in my home. If the speeds possible are anything like an RG6 cable, could I link them together and hook up my router in my own bedroom so I could run an ethernet cable to my computer to get the speeds I'm paying for? What are the speeds possible of a TFC-T10 cable? Are they equivalent to Gigabit speeds? Is it possible to connect the RG6 cable supplied by Verizon and connect it to the TFC-T10 cables that run through my home?

it depends on your definition of "good airflow". If you want a system that leaves no dust inside, I would try for around 5-6 case fans, three on the front pointing inwards, and two on the back facing outwards. If you just want straight cooling of a light build, maybe 3 or 4 should be good, possibly less. For anything high-end, I would probably just fill up the available fan slots on your case, but it depends on your system specs and what you're doing with it and your intentions with airflow.
