Thank you for the reply also i think i did harm it with a screw driver this was last year when i didnt know anything about phone repair the cable does not look damaged other than the copper showing. Also i had the same exact thought on the electrical tape. Lastly the pins look fine irl i would take a pic but my iphone wont focess on the pins right
