  1. I have found this DDR4 memory kit for cheap, but the list that shows the supported memory modules on the manufacturer site does not have it. Will it still work with the motherboard, or is it a lost cause? TIA!
  2. Hey guys, I am going to upgrade my old i7 3770 to a new AMD R5 3600. I don't know what to look in the motherboard and the RAM part of the machine so I would like to ask for some help. I am using my rig for 1080p gaming, but in the future would like to upgrade it further. I have an XFX RX 580 8GB and will soon update this too. Can you help me choose a motherboard around 100-150 USD and a matching 16GB RAM kit for it which the CPU can use? The RAM should be budget also, don't need the best ones. TIA!
  3. Thank you for the answer! Can you recommend me a good case, preferably with a side panel about 50 USD, that would allow the GPU to cool normally?
  4. So, I have a Cooler Master Q300L case for my build, with an XFX RX 580 8GB in it. While the glass sidepanel is on, the GPU goes up to 87 celsius easily with the new AAA titles. Yesterday I was wondering if I take off the sidepanel, will it help. Yes, it did indeed and my temperatures went down to around 70 celsius with Rage 2 setting maxed out on 1080p. I have 2 front intake fans and one at the back, that came with the case. Is there any way, to have the sidepanel on, and the GPU not overheat? Thanks for the advices!
  5. I have tried it with normal FHD also, got 7 more FPS for average. I have tried the exact same settings, the highest preset here.
  6. Hey guys, I have recently bought a new XFX RX580 8GB. I have seen what it could do on videos and on a great discount I have gotten it. I paired it with an old i7-3770 which should take it perfectly without any hiss. The GPU is running at max speed with normal clock speed and memory speed, while the CPU is running only half, while jumping sometimes to 100%. I have benchmarked it with the Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and while on other benchmarks it goes well beyond 60fps on FHD, for me it is averaged at 30 FPS. Can you tell me, what could be the root of the problem? Thanks guys.
  7. Everything is connected correctly. I have taken it to a service center and they went through them, and everything was correct.
  8. One of the pins is black, and it gives an error if I use the RAM with it.
  9. It is just the lighting, and the first slot is burnt out for the RAM so I cannot use it. The battery cannot be dead since I have measured it for 2.85V...
  10. Hey guys, I have recently moved my PC to my new case and as the title shows, now it won't boot at all. It gives a black blank screen after pressing the power button without any sound from the PC. I have taken it to a service center and they said that it is assembled correctly and to try out CMOS reset and checking the voltage of the battery. I measured it and it is 2.85V so it should be correct. I have connected it to the IGPU, and the same thing goes there as well. Do you know what is the problem or what can cause this? Thanks in advance!
  11. PSU:500W Bronze+ MB: Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3 CPU: i7-3770 without OC GPU: XFX RX580 GTS Black 8GB RAM: 8GB I will try to assemble it without the GPU and try it like that out of the case. Gonna check everything. Thanks guys.
  12. Power cables are connected, both are indicated by LEDs.
  13. Yes, I have put the standoffs inside, but I am not sure if I have done it correctly, once I am home, I will check it again.
  14. Everything starts up correctly, there is power for everything, the case fans, CPU fan and GPU fans start to run, and the monitor turns on, but it shows no signal, not even the Asus logo of the motherboard for the BIOS. In the old case everything worked correctly, it booted normally. Can you help me with what did I do wrong?
