Im new to python and coding in general, but some stuff is going well. Im working on a program and it requires me to install something with pip install. Keep in mind ive already done ```pip install pip --upgrade``` and ```pip install setuptools --upgrade```] yet it still wont install. Here is the error and if any of you know how to fix this, ide appreciate it!
