  1. There is no first party software to control all of those devices, however, third party software such as RGBSync+ that can do this, but there are limitations of course. Here is a post about setting it up: I personally did not have success with this as I have a X370 based Crosshair Vi Hero AC, but the person in this post did it with the Crosshair VII which is what you have. It should work but setting it up is a challenge. Also note that this needs to be run as Administrator otherwise it will not detect the RGB devices.
