Well darn guys. I didn’t see these extra posts. Unit arrived today and I figured out that it’s not gonna work without Dell’s enclosure. 
 
 
edit: this is what happens when you’re not used to something and try to dive head first into it…

I returned the blade unit, and ordered a different one. Found a 1u rackmount with similar specs (a regular old power supply!) and ordered it. Only downside is it doesn’t have as much ram, but I’ll make it work. 

I don’t personally have any experience with them, but their nickname on these forums is Deepcool/Deadcool.

im assuming you will be using a pcie capture card of some sort to get the camera stream to the PC.

Here is a decent build made with pretty good parts, good for many years to come. NVMe SSD will give you pretty much the fastest boot time you can get. There's also no unnecessary features like rgb etc as your use case seems to lean to having a more subtle pc.
 
And... ITS ONLY 500USD! what a great time to build a PC.

Depends on what games you play. Also if you tend to multitask, i would strongly recommend going to 16GB. Chrome on its own uses a lot of memory (Assuming you use chrome browser).

Get a R5 3600 on a b450 instead, better CPU and better value.

@RobJInChiTown How does this look? It seems to tick most of boxes, but is right on the edge of your budget too.

Thanks alot! and yes i know that its barely enough thats why i want an upgrade and i know that i have an extra slot just needed info about benefits Thanks dude!

As long as you know your laptop supports more ram and you have a slot open on your motherboard, I'd recommend the upgrade. 4GB of ram is barely enough to do anything anymore, another 4 would probably help a lot. 
 
edit: one reason for upgrading would be multitasking. 8gbs would make it so you can have multiple tasks running without your laptop freezing up or acting slow. (Although if it does, it s because of the CPU)

It's compatible, but there are some shitty build decisions:
Get a 3700X, 3800X or 3900X, don't get the 9900K; costs more, more heat, no CPU cooler included, etc etc. 750W isn't needed H150i isn't needed 4400MHz memory? WTF This will perform the same (if not better) for the same money:

That's as close as I could get it, without greatly sacrificing on parts. You'd have to save up and buy an HDD later on if you need more space.
Most parts are available on Amazon for a couple pound more.
 
Honestly, I'd strongly suggest buying used. Your budget doesn't really allow for a decent system.

I’d go for the 3600 and upgrade your cooling if need be down the line. You always want to go for more performance than flashy looks with an AIO. Maybe you can pick up a Hyper 212 or something like that for cheap to cool the 3600.

Unless you want your system to blow up- that needs to be upgraded.

Don’t bother with the 9900k. It’s about the same price as the 3900X but at this point not worth it. (In my opinion, others may disagree) 
 
This would play every title you throw at it at ultra settings with fantastic frame rates. Do you need a monitor or peripherals included in the $2500 budget?
