I mean, for what you had to work with, it's actually not bad

Just to be an arse though... Personally whenever i'm doing cable runs or cable managing things, I always try get the tie wrap ends in the same orientation/facing the same way..... Honestly makes a difference - also cut the ends with a Stanley knife to get them flush 

Or alternatively have better things to do and not care 

put your extra cables in unused 5.25 bays if you have them.
