Lately, I have been having a lot of issues with the intel and nvidia drivers. The thing is that my nvidia gpu does not work when my intel hd graphics is turned on. If i turn off the intel gpu then the nvidia gpu works fine, but then I lose the ability to put my laptop to sleep and it also messes up the resolution. I can open the nvidia control panel, but whenever I go to the preview tab, the window just freezes and sometimes my entire os just freezes. Any games, programs I try to run with the nvidia gpu either crashes or black screens. If I use the intel gpu, everything works fine.I have tried everything to get both nvidia and intel drivers to work. I used ddu to uninstall intel and nvidia drivers. Clean installed both intel and nvidia drivers. Used older versions of the intel and nvidia driver. Used the driver provided by dell. Updated the bios, downgraded the bios, reset the bios. Power cycled the laptop. Uninstalled sound drivers. Reinstalled sound drivers. Uninstalled wifi drivers. Reinstalled wifi drivers. Booted into safe mode. Installed drivers in safe mode. Nothing works. I have no idea what to do anymore. Plz help!
