I say this because I'm biased. But also because I did a ton of research for the not just the best VPN, but the best VPN for torrenting and watching Netflix. It can be a bit slow, but it makes up for that in features. All good VPN's have a kill switch, multi hop, and don't leak your DNS. But even better ones have dedicated torrenting servers, and will flat out say "fuck you" to any authority who wants them to do any kind of data logging. Being based in a country who's government just doesn't care, helps a metric fuck ton. They keep nothing, they log nothing. No matter who's pounding at their door, or their data center's doors.

Bet it's caused by one person who made configuration change facebooks core networking or CDN/application front ends and right now has the most brown pants in the world.

Users of Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and Oculus Rift have been experiencing issues connecting to the services for at least 10 hours.

    Excerpt from the BBC
Whilst Facebook has been unwilling to disclose the exact cause of this 'partial outage' they did mention the outage was not the result of Distributed Denial of Service attack or DDoS.
Excerpt from The Sydney Morning Herald
    My Thoughts:
For Facebook this is obviously bad news and some companies rely on Facebook and their services to conduct business. On the other hand, this affected me very little and I think the mass hysteria online indicates a society addicted to their devices and to social media. I'm all for people limiting their use of social media and services like Facebook and Instagram, but, maybe not this way...

I'm not sure if many people on the forum particularly care about Facebook and this story but I felt it was noteworthy just given the length and global scope of the outage. If they release a statement indicating what the caused this outage I'll append it to my original post.

    UPDATE:

Facebook on the record has stated the close to 14 hour outage was the result of a server configuration change.

Everyone should have listened to @leadeater, he was on to it from the beginning!

Low settings taxes the CPU more because it has more free time to send commands to the GPU. Memory performance in this case will matter. If you up the settings, it will ease the burden of the CPU to the point where it doesn't matter if you're using single channel or dual channel:

I spent quite a few hours browsing the depths of Steam for these games. The majority of them are either new historic lows, matching their historic lows or just above or below their historic lows. Now you must know that a lot of these games are not for everybody. What I tried to do is not list any games that are just completely useless. I tried to list games that have some type of potential for at least one person to be interested in. So if some of the games turn out to be stupid or duds, I apologize in advance. By all means let me know about these games and I will at least let you know why I added them. There's quite a few games that I added because humor is involved. Some games I added because there's just something about them if you know what I mean. If anything, I hope that this list will inform people of games that they've never even heard of and somehow brings interest to that particular genre.

Oh and as you can tell, this list is centered towards budget gaming. No game here is over $3.00. I think there's around 80 or so games here. I basically browsed hundreds of games so you wouldn't have to. Steam claims there's over 1500 games on sale this week. These are among the 100 or so under $3.00 that might be worth their price tag imo.
