    Get an Asrock pro 4 board rather than that one, and dont bother with the 75hz monitor, just get a 70$ 60hz display

    Hi, 
    basically what happens is that, sometimes, when I let the pc being in standby for some time or when I just turned it on, the monitor starts to do this thing (shown in the attached video). The bug, as also shown in the video, fixes itself once I turn off >> turn on the monitor, as of right not, with 100% success rate. 
     
    I just bought this RX580, it's still under the Amazon's warranty so I would like to know if I should replace it or keep it, hoping for the best.

    PSU - 650W
    Monitor - BenQ ZOWIE XL2411

    Uninstall the display driver with DDU in safe mode and reinstall AMD Adrenaline 2019 driver

    you could have a bad display cable...or bad driver install
