  1. I'll give it a try over the weekend, reseating the block and taking off the side panel. The pump is running around 1800RPM, I've seen this all over TT forums that the pumps are running at half the advertised speeds (EDIT: Nevermind, I read something about the pump informing half the speed due to the "dual motor" asetek pump)? I don't think I've ever seen it reach 3600. I control it through the Aorus Z390 Master bios and I set it to max speed. I don't remember what HWInfo was informing right now.
  2. I got a Thermaltake Floe Riing 360mm and I'm not very impressed with the performance so far, I'll explain my whole setup and maybe someone here can help me. Maybe I installed it incorrectly or didn't use enough thermal paste, but my 9900k at 1.3v is reaching 95-100º on Prime95 (Full AVX and what not, when I tested without offset, now I use a 5x offset just in case), my case is a Lian Li PC011 Air, and I got 5x120mm (2 that came with the case plus 3 bora lite) fans pulling in from the side and the front, 3x120mm pushing out to the bottom, 2x80mm pushing out to the back. The rad is on a push config on the top. Should I get other fans for the rad? I think the Thermaltake ones aren't good enough, or maybe try a push pull
  3. I'm planning to cool a i9-9900k which I'm going give a constant decent OC. To cool it I was planning to use a 360mm AIO, mainly because I'd like to properly occupy the space on the case I bought and on average they seem to have a pretty decent performance. Which one on the tier 1 category is recommended for under $200 (Since stuff like the ASUS Ryujin is over $200)? The options I was looking at were: Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 360 Premium Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 360R RGB Enermax Liqtech II 360 Fractal Design Celsius S36 NZXT Kraken X72
  4. Okay guys, thanks all of you for the suggestions. I started looking into some mid tower cases and one of the mentions was the Lian Li PC-O11. I ended up buying the Lian Li PC-O11 AIR RGB which I found to be highly praised everywhere, a really nice aesthetic. I had to buy a new dust filter as the included one seems to have some issues, but the case was on an offer (being cheaper than the default AIR and it included 3 extra fans).
  5. Yeah I just edited the thread to match the mid tower point, I guess big is not always better :P. Even as I post here I'm continually looking at reviews and case recommendations and there are many mid tower cases that could fit the bill too.
  6. Hello guys I'm looking for case recommendations that are strictly under $200, Full Tower. My preferred places to buy is Amazon or Newegg, I plan to ship it internationally (Uruguay), so weight can change the price significantly, not that I don't mind paying a few extra bucks if the case is that good. As for the other components: I have no GPU decided yet, I currently have a 1060 that I'm planning to keep until a new AMD or Nvidia series comes out. I plan to get a i9-9900k and cool it with a NZXT X72 Kraken or similar 360mm radiator. I think this is the biggest requirement the case should support a 360mm radiator that's close enough to the CPU since the hose length is limited. For the motherboard I'm planning for a Gigabyte Aorus series, probably Pro or higher (They're all ATX sized except for the high tier one that I don't plan on getting). I already got a 2x16Gb DDR4-3000MHz G.Skill Ripjaws kit I got on an offer at Newegg. Currently own 2 regular SSDs and 2 regular HDDs. I was deciding on getting something like a Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Corsair 750D Airflow edition, but I'm open to suggestions. I don't really like RGB that much but if the case is good, I'm fine with it (as long as I can turn the lights off lmao).
  7. After some digging I found this german review site claiming the tubing is around 400mm long, and seeing the pictures of the radiator I think it's correct https://www.caseking.de/en/nzxt-kraken-x72-komplett-wasserkuehlung-360mm-wase-355.html Here's a reddit post commenting how the tube length may not be optiman on the P5 with a H100GTX And this article from PCMag shows that with a Kraken X61 the tube length almost didn't reach, the next article from TweakTown shows that the tubing on the X61 is around 381mm https://www.pcmag.com/review/344848/thermaltake-core-p5 https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6803/nzxt-kraken-x61-280mm-aio-cpu-cooler-review/index3.html So the X72 has 20mm longer hose but I feel like I might be stretching the whole thing. I'm still looking for anyone with a similar setup to tell me your experience, but I think the P5 might not be the most optimal choice for the X72.
  8. Does this case and AIO fit together? I know the radiator size should fit since the P5 can go up to like 480mm radiators but I was using PcPartPicker and there was a warning they weren't compatible. I thought it may be the tubing length not reaching? I'm not really sure thats why I'm asking here, maybe someone with a similar setup can help me.
