i just played a couple games of fortnite with DWInfo on the side of the screen and my GPU core load was only getting 50-60%.... Is there a fix for this?

is the core clock the core load?

How do I see if the core clock is at max and if it is not how do I make it go to max?

i was playing at 1080p and getting 100-110 fps

This is while play rainbow six. The core load in the first column was at 98 percent before i alt tabbed

and yes i have the latest drivers

What percentage should i be getting?

I am playing at 1080p and i will do that. What am i expecting to get out of it?
