I don't have a powerful enough CPU on my computer to support a VM (I tried WSL too). So I use dual boot also it is much easier to use overall (hard to backup data) when you get to chose OS on boot. Lousi Rossmann recently created a video about parts serialisation and how it denies right to repair. I wanted to ask on the same topic as should we not have some protection against other integrated chips with malicious code in it like injecting BIOS into it by reprogramming. Should we allow some parts like these to be serialised and let the owner know if there is an error?

How do I know what is getting hot? like the processor as you can see is still at 40C and it's same for GPU as it is integrated

Manufacturer: Asus Model: Vivobook 15 X512DA Processor:Ryzen 5 3500U Graphics: Integrated Vega 8 Problem: This problem has been seen since a week. I don't if this has been happening before but this laptop works perfectly fine for an hour or two but then fans suddenly ramp up and then CPU sticks to 0.4GHz. The CPU as well as integrated graphics look normal to me however the only thing that shows up on HWinfo is PROCHOT ext as and HTC as yes. Attached are the two files first is when the fans ramp up and quite louder than normal(431RPM)

I own a Asus Vivobook 15 X512DA with Ryzen5 3500U and my friend asked for a recommendation for about Rs45,000 should I recommend My Laptop or should I recommend something else for him? I need to learn all about networking where should I start EDIT: I love tech but haven't decided about any career paths in Tech but I have chosen to Computer Science and Engineering but in my college I was working something out with my seniors about a coding project and I can't access internet on my computer during that I found some words about DHCP protocols SSH controlling their servers and how they manage their projects but it flew right off my head.(I also would like to understand some LTT videos because some videos I don't really understand when they talk about Networking and their servers) I have learnt HTML, CSS and learning Javascript in web development as starting point and would like to know about basics to manage networking for it ....
