So the results are in on that 4TB HDD i bought the other day.

 
Less power on hours than my SATA SSD I'm using for my active games storage so I think it'll be fine for the type of data I'm using it for  (inactive games stache)

Bosch Professional LED Lamp and fitting rechargeable 18V 5.0Ah Battery. Will use it for at work. I've got a set of Bosch Professional Power Tools from work which are standard Issue. So this perfectly fits into that Eco System. We sometimes don't have enough portable LED Lamps at an given Construction site, so I figured I may aswell buy a personal one so I don't have to use my phone anymore.

Another pair of the Sony WH-1000XM4 to use as Outside Headphones instead of the Sony WF-1000XM4 In Ears. I've had really weird problems with the In Ears like suddenly and randomly a Bud disconnecting while the other is still playing music, the Case not charging even tho the Buds do and refusing to get detected by the App even though I was able to connect them via Bluetooth with my Fairphone 4. Will RMA the WF and see what I do with them after I get a new or fixed pair back:

And I just also wanted Over Ears for Outside use, they just sound way better and the ANC can be implemented better. Also keeps your Ears warm in the Winter.

I have an Astro Mixamp going to my Peavy amp acting as a pre-amp / pre-equalizer.  My laptop and desktop both hook up to it, with 2 other inputs available.... though I ran out of cables...  And inputs that I needed atm.

It's just SLI indeed, but with a funny jumper board to mechanically select between x16 to the first slot for single card and x8/x8 for 2 cards... Done using switch chips on the motherboard nowadays.

I want to install windows 7 on it still for the better video driver support, as what it uses now is kinda like a semi universal driver for most S3 Chrome video chips of the era, but it doesn’t have all the cool software.
It really struggles with just about anything semi modern. Current Firefox browsing the web is painfully slow. 360p YouTube can stutter at times, Krita will launch but man it is rough drawing with it, but it does locally hosted 720p video fine, plays flacs, etc. 

For the first time, I actually have more gear than I can fit into my bag, but my current kit consists of:

The chromebook CR48. The first chromebook. This one in particular is running bunsenlabs

It’s straight ass, it’s a low end netbook from 2010 at its core, but it’s such a cool machine for what it represents, this was the hardware that got Linux into the mainstream in the form of chromeOS

it’s still capable enough? It browses the web fine, a 12 year old intel atom, 2gb of ram and a 16gb ssd only go so far, but it is holding on.
What I intend to do here with this is keep it around almost as parts for a CR48 that’s in better condition (when I find one)
someone’s done some work to this before and broke some things. I’m not too worried about external cosmetic wear but the rubber feet are toast, the screws used aren’t original, and the plastic pegs holding the feet to the hinge side of the back chassis are snapped meaning it sounds kinda crunchy when it opens
id like to swap the OS to something with a UI I’m more familiar with, I’m not a big fan of straight openbox and I don’t feel like messing around with it to swap what is installed when I can just reinstall

if the guy who sold this is on here, as I imagine anyone with a modded CR48 would probably be here or /g/, glue won’t fix broken plastic pegs, you need to use proper epoxy or find longer screws with washers to hold on from the outside of the chassis

So just an FYI, LMG is a company, and they are trying to grow. You don't grow but working with small streamers. Don't care for XQC, but he's not a bad pick, and his audience was already introduced to Linus, so it definitely makes sense.

Hey, it finally came! Ordered in October, I think? Shipped around my birthday last month. Feels premium. Love how tight the tolerances are & how the bits don't seem to be shit & want to strip screws like the bits on my other ratcheting screwdriver do. Was it worth the $$? Time will tell. But it's a well-built tool. Something I am always a fan of & want in my arsenal.
