    Oh I'm not expecting Smooth Max Ultra settings or anything. To be clear, I'm looking for something that games better than my Laptop from 2014. So... Lmao

    Ive decided it's a much better use of my money to try and build Austin Evan's Boson 4.0 build from used parts, rather than trying to deal with the scammers on craigslist. 
     
    Someone please tell me if I'm wasting my time with this idea

    overpriced. i wouldnt pay more than 300$ (ish) max. (hardwarewise, value the case however you like)
     
    it might be a Xeon, but it is old. its not the 8GB model rx 480. 
     
    used Optiplex, new PSU and used R9 290x is a better deal.
