Okay I didn't realise that the PS4 was only SATA2. Amazing, thanks for all the info and advice - that was so much more than I expected in a reply! The only reason I wanted 870 is because it was more recent and I found it was a better price for similar capacity. Also thought it was weird the newer version was cheaper and more available but I'm not going to argue with it! Thanks a bunch Skyhound!

Hi gang, looking at upgrading my ps4 slim. I've seen numerous 860 EVO upgrades completed but no 870's? Confused if there is a compatibility issue I've overlooked or has no-one used an 870 for a ps4 slim upgrade. Yes I could use different SSD that is cheaper, no I don't want to. Happy with Samsung products looks and performance and don't really want to go to QVO either. If you think I've overlooked anything leave a comment! Thanks in advance for advice!

Hi everyone! I'm curious about improving my efficiency whilst surfing the web or running multiple programs. I would like to be able to scroll up and down multiple windows at the same time. Preferably i would like to have this function programmed into my mouse with a click on/off and to affect all current windows opened. Is this possible to write a program to do this? Would it also be able to program in that you can select which programs are affected by this program/function. I have zero experience with programming but wondered if this already existed. Finally! Someone doing a custom loop in the evolv matx!! I've been looking everywhere for something like this! Awesome job, Love how much work you have put into this and it turned out really great. I've only just built my first PC under a year ago and want to custom loop it in the next upgrade but couldn't find anyone that had done one in this case! When I finally get around to doing it i'll be sure to post something up!

Seriously happy with how it turned out. I'm already looking for new parts and thinking of upgrading ? ?. I popped in some RGB and an extra case fan on top of what you had recommended. The pictures i took make it look over-saturated with light but its a perfect amount of illumination. I swapped to a cheaper keyboard and different Wifi card (has included Bluetooth which is handy). I had heard of kinguin but it sounded dodgy. Does the SSD cache drive make a noticeable difference to HDD write speeds? Do you have any recommendations for graphics cards?

Hi Forum! Another build newbie here so I wanted to get opinions/advise on my future build. Under $2000 budget but I don't need crazy expensive or over the top parts for a high performance gaming PC. I'm in Australia and I wanted to build just a small sized PC for home (study and web surfing) with some casual gaming on the side. Mostly battle royal style games I can play with friends: Apex, Fortnite etc. Basically I want a decent little system but I hate slow ANYTHING so wanted higher performance and quality parts so I wont have to deal with slow system (I aimed at mid to high end parts). I already have a monitor but I 'm unsure of my selected peripherals from pc part picker (see below). I basically wanted better gaming performance than my PS4 which shouldn't be too hard considering I'm transitioning to the master race from console haha. I know I've gone overkill on the PSU (well i think i have anyway haha) and I'm completely unsure about the GPU. I figured a GTX 1660 being modern and half decently priced would be ok. I was wondering if i should use stock cpu cooler and get a cooler for the graphics card? I don't intend to manually overclock in the near future. Any advise would be amazing. I picked the evolv case for its small size and it should be easy to build in. I actually really wanted to build in the Cerebus (which would obviously drastically change my parts list haha) but that is waaaaaay out of my league. PC part picker didn't find any compatibility issues with the setup but when i get the time i will get dimensions and check everything will fit inside. Any and all comments will be appreciated!
