i think it’s the pannel because i unplugged the dp and the lines are still there

so my monitor started showing red lines on the right side, at first it went away by itself but lately it’s there 24/7. i tried to contact asus but in where i live there’s no support for asus monitors, and the usa asus told me i need a real address in the usa not po box. is there anyway to fix it?
