    Actually i  didnt need to but it is same if i am tabbed out or not. I have dual monitors so i can see it

    Go to power management and make sure to set it as high performance.
     
    Also, go to Nvidia Control Panel and set the game there as "Full Performance" instead of "Optimal Power".
