OH, i fixed it. There is a problem on my pc that i cannot launch Battlefield or gta v without having windows defender off. So i decided to try running cod mw with my Windows Defender off and it created the file to the Documents....

Mariushm i have already done that but it doesn't do anything.

The "aleks" is the "secret" administrator you can access trough "Command prompt" that gives you all the rights you can ever get to your computer but when i do the thing in the command prompt it doesn't create the account, nothing happens and i do open the Command prompt with Administator

My Documents folder is on the Read only mode and i cannot change it because "If you wanna do changes to this folder, you need permissions from DEKSTOP-M9T9TB5/aleks"

1. tried more that 3times. 2. cod does save in the Documents folder 3. It is not saved anywhere and i know it cause my game settings resets everytime i close my game

My call of duty doesn't have the folder in the Documents folder that should include the config files, this is also the reason why my settings resetting every time i relaunch my game and i need to setup everything again, also when i am trying to delete or edit files in the Documents folder it says that "If you wanna do changes to this folder, you need permissions from DEKSTOP-M9T9TB5/aleks" and i cannot change the owner of the file, i have also tried to login as the administrator that has every rights on every file but i doesn't appear to my users when i do the thing from command prompt. i should have every single permission i can have on my pc and i have tried everything i have found and nothing helps me. i have had this problem that i need "permissions from a user i am already on" please help me to figure this out!

Oh, btw there is another thing that my Task manager is showing, when i am playing games like gta v or some other heavy games, my task manager shows that my GPU is running at 0.1% but my fps is still above 60. i can fix it by using DDU and my fps get's much higher but the problem always comes back....

hmm so all fine i guess, weird that it can just change like that in the task manages ? But thanks! now i don't have to be worried anymore if my rams are working properly or not.

hmm this is a weird thing, all of what you are saying makes sense but now i am just thinking that why was it showing 3200MHz earlier but still was in dual channel mode ?

I know but why did it show as 3200mhz earlier but still was in dual channel then? It shows that they are both set to 3200mhz... now it shows 1600

So, i have Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 3200mhz rams, i have only 2 ram slots on my mobo so they cannot be put in wrongly. But when I don't have XMP on it shows that my rams are 1067mhz when it should show 2133mhz. When i put it to 3200mhz it shows as 1600mhz.... (in my Task Manages) It used to show that my rams are running at 3200mhz but now it shows 1600. Also my msi afterburners monitoring shows that my rams are running at 1600mhz but it used to say 3200mhz... My games are running slower and i really don't know what to do whit this.

I wont never use ultra settings because it adds shadows, trees more grass and thinks that affect the visibility so i will usually play on low settings
