I just recently got some new parts to upgrade my old PC while still using what I could from my old parts. I bought a new Gigabyte 2070, a Ryzen 7 2700, an ASRock B450 Pro4 motherboard, 2x 8GB G.SKILL FlareX ram, and and EVGA 750 G3 PSU. I kept my old case, my SSD and HDD and optical drive. After I put everything and hooked all the power and peripherals and went to turn it on for the first time, it started up but wouldn't connect to my monitor, then shut down after about 30 seconds, then started right back up immediately after. It continued doing this until I shut it down manually after a few cycles. I made sure everything was plugged in properly, and tried to turn it on again. Same thing happened. I've tried plugging the HDMI cable into the motherboard, but that didn't fix it, and so I've come here for help before I potentially mess anything else up worse
