Guys will an asus q67 mobo support ecc memory i have xeon e3 1240 v2 and want to upgrade ram but ecc ram is very cheap so i was wondering to use ecc instead what do u guys think?as people say memory controller is on the cpu so in theory it should support the ecc memory right?

I have a xeon e3 1240 v2 and an asus p8h77 matx mobo.the processor has a boost clock of 3.8 ghz on single core and an all core turbo of 3.57 can I overclock it to 3.8 ghz on all cores.if any of you guys have access to a related article plz share it with me.I know these xeons are not so popular in overclocking and not sure even if they are overclockable at all. Thanks in advance.

Since i am using x58 mobo of dell t3500 it does not support overclocking.

I just want to play PUBG but at the same time i dont want my rx 580 to under perform due to the cpu.

But thats a quad core not a hexa core. A website by the name of bottlenecker shows that the rx 580 will be bottlenecked to about 3 to 4 percent.

Yeah thats out of range cuz it retails for 90 dollar on aliexpress.

Hello I want to buid an inexpensive pc for about 250 dollars. I bought an rx 580 gb and pairing it with a xeon x5670 non oc because I will be putting it in a dell t3500 prebuilt. I am just curious if its a good combo or not.If anyone has the same system specs or with a gtx 1060 it will be nice if u could tell me the gaming performance. I know the cpu will be a bottleneck but to what extent im not sure.I choose the xeon over an i5 2500,3470 and 3570 because i think some of the modern games must be utilizing more than 4 cores.Also the platform has ddr3 triple channel support.My main focus will be on PUBG pc and mobile.
