    You can with Hyper-V, but setup is a bitch and 3/4.

    you will need a second gpu to run vms here.
     
    You also need to run linux and do a lot of sofware setup.
     
    Getting a second pc is the better option here.

    Are you trying to achieve the same things that linus did with 7 gamers one cpu? Because you can't really do that with windows as the host operating system.
