Is it possible that the manufacturer of the Mobo will update the Mobo in latest bios since they post it in webpage that it is already 8th/9th gen compatible?

I've Try it already but it says that It's not compatible But Base on Aorus Website of this mother board it support 8th and 9th gen. even tho the web site says it support 8th and 9th gen i'm not sure if it really support or not. Hehehe (sorry. i'm not that good in English tho.)
