    How old is your drive? and it also could be your os you may have to reinstall your os. a boot up file may be missing or corrupt from an update

    oh plug in your hdmi and try to update your gpu driver or change your refresh rate

    try to use HDMI if your monitor is compatible because if you are able to hear the windows sound your dp might be dead or your monitors Dp port is dead or something is in it

    you could try and take the socket cover if you know how to or want to.

    yep you are thermal throttling, what cooler do you have?

    have you change that bios setting to see what it does and what do you mean by high performance like your mother board or cpu?

    i would say you got a good deal with that build but i would later on add a gpu so you could play games better and have better fps
