  1. Hey Everyone, So I had the idea of testing out windows 10 mobile and with them losing security support by the end of the year. I was wondering if i could download a version of Android and upload it to the phone. Is this possible and where can I find drivers for something like this?
  2. I know, but in general, would it be ok for general use like phone calls, texting, photos and videos, and light youtube.
  3. Hey Everyone, So I am a fan of the windows phone operating system and I had an idea of getting one to test it to see if it is usable. And yes, I do know that there is not many updates and not a lot of apps, but I don't need that stuff. I don't use Snapchat, twitter, facebook, or anything. I mostly use Instagram and youtube (I plan to use MyTube!) I just wanted to get everyone's opinion.
  4. It depends on what you are getting the monitor for. What are you going to be doing on your computer?
  5. So, if I was to pick up an iPhone 6s Plus, I could get a full day of use without needing to charge?
  6. Hey Everyone, So I've been looking for a smartphone and I was wondering what would the lowest recommended capacity for a smartphone battery. I've been going off of 3700 maH.
  7. Hey everyone, so I've been looking at Newegg for used or refurbished GPUs and I found this Nvidia Tesla Kepler k10 GPU. While I will probably be using it mostly for content creation in DaVinci Resolve, I would like to do gaming on the side. Is it possible? https://www.newegg.com/p/1FT-0004-001A2?Description=desktop graphics cards&cm_re=desktop_graphics_cards-_-1FT-0004-001A2-_-Product
  8. Hey Everyone, so I want to build a small form factor pc and I'm having trouble finding a decent one. So far I found the SilverStone ML08-H to be the best one so far. I'm also considering build my own case if it is possible. do you guys have any recommendations? I'm looking for something slim, vertical and something with an option for an optical drive.
  9. TBH, it depends on what you're doing. If you are doing stuff like content creation, then Radeon VII is your best bet with the 16 GBs of HBM2 Memory, but if all you do is gaming, then RTX 2080 is the better choice.
  10. the problem with what you just said is that those cards are over $100 and with Da Vinci Resolve, Radeon GPUs perform better.
  11. Hey Everyone, so I want to build a mini ITX system under 600 USD (excluding American tax) for video editing in Da Vinci Resolve 16 and da Vinci Resolve is a GPU dependent. So I was wondering if I should buy used graphics cards or just buy a new Rx 560 and upgrade later. 13. Hey Everyone, So I've been looking into laptops for video editing and I've been having trouble finding ones with color accurate displays under $1000 for Da Vinci Resolve 16. I found 2 options, the Xiaomi Mi Gaming Notebook and the ASUS TUF FX705DY (Ryzen). Which one should I pick up, or is there any other options. 16. @BearmannWhat would be the best micro ATX slim case? I'm looking for something small, slim and portable since I want to go abroad for college.
  17. Yes, I live in the US. The nearest micro center is an hour away, and make the case a slim mATX case and you got a deal.
  18. Thanks for the tip. Do you have recommendations for a small form factor pc for this under 600 USD?
