i've had users with issues like this..  and had different solutions..
reinstalling drivers, usually only nic drivers but also chipset.
    ipconfig /flushdns
    resetting nic.
deleting wifi network and reaquire it.

worst one was reinstalling ... but it was faster then trying to solve issue. 😄

It's not too uncommon for power amplifiers to have a 2-prong cord.

It's not really a wanky "design philosophy", it's a solution to the ground loop problem that is a common problem with power amplifiers. If the chassis (and thus RCA shield) is tied to mains earth, and your preamplifier is built the same way, then both ends of the RCA shield (which is one of your signal conductors!) are independently tied to mains earth through separate power cables. This creates a loop, and any changing magnetic fields within that loop induce a current. This is one of the main sources of hum in audio systems Some people make things even worse by plugging their power amp into a different circuit from their preamp. By not tying the chassis to mains earth, they're breaking one end of the ground loop.

As a manufacturer, there are ways of accomplishing this while still meeting electrical safety requirements.

As a warning, some people (including some electricians and less-practical engineers) will immediately "check for safety" and try to measure the potential of the enclosure with respect to mains earth using a DMM, then freak out when they see that it's not 0V. The mistake they're making is that a DMM has a high (10M) input impedance, so even small parasitic capacitance is enough to make it look like there's 50 V on the case. It doesn't present a safety hazard, however, because the maximum current available is measured in microamps. Some fancier (hint: expensive) DMMs have a "low Z" measurement mode that is supposed to alleviate this error. If you measure with a really high impedance probe, like a 1000:1 HV probe, you'll see almost the full line voltage on the case. This doesn't even remotely present a safety issue, but it does seem to freak out people who don't know what they're looking at.

Most of this parasitic capacitance is in the transformer itself, though there could be some Y capacitors for EMI filtering contributing as well. While not impossible to eliminate, it's both difficult and expensive.

What are you driving this amplifier with? Is it a floating source like your phone? This amplifier would have been designed with the idea that its source was ground referenced. Of course, with issues like this it should go without saying to check cable connections - a bad RCA cable can cause all of these problems. In any case, what you're describing doesn't sound like a safety issue.

I don't recommend modifying the grounding scheme of amplifiers unless you have a pretty solid understanding of how that particular amplifier works. Usually the engineers who design audio power amplifiers plan out the grounding pretty carefully. If they specify a slew rate above, say, 70 V/us, then you really don't want to mess with it.

I also prefer the way the older amps sound, mainly because i got older speakers from 90s, tried on couple of newer and older combos but harman stuck with me the longest. Too bad age is catching up with it. I tend to believe that the older gear is built better as well, all of the buttons and small nit pick items haven't been cheaped out on and still feel as day 1, i assume. Reason i'm going with newer this time is simply reliability, but at the same time i want to retain sound quality.

Well, if it was working properly i wouldn't consider replacing it, but it started to cut sound when i turn it on for a couple of minutes and then it settles to normal, i brought it to several shops where they said it's a contact issue somewhere, they fixed it temporarily but it came back.
Edit: Thule LA100 seems like a very good amp, it was 2000 pounds in 1995?

I just wanted to say, don`t expect huge differences in sound and just choose whatever suits your needs the best.
Also as much as i love amps from the 80ies and 90ies, all of them will eventually break and since they are that old, most of them in the near future. I am very used to maintaining these old amps and have the experience and means to do so, but if you are just a user and need something reliable, something newer might be the better idea.

The backplate will heat up from the gpu radiating some heat from the back as well as the mounting points of it.

Also hot to the touch and actually hot is a entirely different thing.

If the gpu is running fine and in spec all is ok.

If the card didn't put thermal pads on the caps at stock it won't need it now.

Patience is the key, bro. You don't rush to buy such things if it ended you gonna waste that money.... Again. Especially with secondhand items.

If you wanna get it cheap, get it from a friend instead that you know how he'd use the thing. I got my 1650 and paid only 50% of the secondhand market price by so.

I thought i checked them but idk, The broken fan straight up came out of its housing when i was replacing the fans, i replaced both. Temps are below 65c now, with side panels on, way quieter than before..

I bought the Razer Basillisk Ultimate earlier this year (EU) and the charging contact pads are the same as in the top picture and it says 20k DPI instead of 20,000 DPI.

So it's the mix of both pictures I guess? It also has the same adress for Hamburg in Germany as on 2nd picture.

I think you just got one from a different region, and I wouldn't bother worrying if it registered correctly on Razer's site. It looks like it's just a new revision of their European model, hence the EAC mark instead of FCC, RoHS, etc. and why there are some small differences in the markings and charging contacts.

I doubt that any faker would put the actual Razer EU office address on the label which likely means that it's a version specifically for the EU market while all the images are for either the rest of the world or the USA considering the first image has the FCC logo which would be required for a version that is only sold in the EU market (the EAC takes its place).

It's not complete crap, but for the price it's not great. Which is being polite. Normally we ask these kinds of questions before we make purchases, but we live and learn.

I would've recommended the HiFiMan HE400SE's over the HD569's. They're both better and cheaper, in terms of technical performance and tuning.
Overpriced, and underperforming. I wouldn't recommend spending more than $100 on a closed-back headphone in 2022, you hit diminishing returns very quickly. There are in-betweens that exist between an HD569 and an HD800S. I wouldn't consider the HD800S a viable endgame either, it's not very well-rounded. It has a nice imaging/soundstage party trick, but that's literally it.

I finally got it.. you said that room treatment is very important? Well i tried to remember my room setup and yeah, i removed big carpet from my room, leaving the floors naked. Immediately after putting it back sound was so much better.. Now when it comes to eq i listen to them sometimes without it, but in my room it kind of needs it.

Could be true that sound of a D10 needs to "grow" on me. Nothing wrong with the way it sounds, i just miss that forwardness and presence of the sound, if i can describe it that way. It's more laid back now, maybe i preffered faster pace of the previous source.
I understand that, but they way they were before, forward, was much more pleasnt sounding. I double checked the crossover on the speakers and drivers itself, all in great condition. Because some people say that capacitors deteriorate over time, i was lucky that i got 30yo speakers that were barely used (do caps deteriorate even if they aren't used?), and after they replaced caps on their speakers they sounded good again. I set wasapi exclusive event to aimp3 in best possible quality.

A quick update, i don't even know if u care but i'll write it anyway. Sound blaster play 3 arrived today, and i must say, do not use this without drivers, they are a must. Certainly an upgrade from my motherboard audio, but compared to my laptop (hp probook 4540s) still sound a bit dull and less "lively" compared to it, but still provides excellent clarity and detail, and good enough bass response. I just wish i knew how it sounds before buying it, cuz i know how capable the speakers are. Guess the next upgrade is better amplifier. Summary don't buy this, just save up for something like Audigy Rx or Fx, or even better sound cards, or buy it if you dont have any pci express slots available lol
