  1. yes twice and I have even tried leaving uninstalled
  2. Pc specs: PNY GTX 1070 ti Ryzen 7 1700x insignia 550w psu Inland Professional 120gb sata ssd Western Digital 500gb HDD Cool Master Master Liquid ML 120 AIO ASRock AB350m G.Skill Aegis 2x8gb ddr4 3000mhz I recently tried using XOC precision OC rather than my typical MSI Afterburner. Prior to attempting to use XOC I had an avg fps of 250 on high settings at 1080p on Fortnite, BO4, Fallout 76, BF5, and other games, but after I tried using the program I had an issue where my frames locked to 185 on a 75htz panel. To resolve the issue I uninstalled XOC and got the frames uncapped, but after returning to MSI AB my frames have been averaging about 125 and I have done a BIOS update, Driver reinstall, game reinstall, but I have had no luck I was wondering what I should do to resolve the problem? Note! I have made sure that my global 3d settings have Vsync turned off, and my prefered texture filtering is High Performance I have also made sure that my power management options are set to Ultimate Performance (this setting is only available on high end pcs)
  3. In my 3d Nvidia settings I have vsync turned off globally and my panel is 75hz
  4. As of now yes there is a +130 core clock OC and a +300 memory clock OC, but I have tried returning it to stock and the issue still persists. In BIOS I have the ram set to the stock 3000mhz. In task manager the usage by MSI is minimal.
