anyone please help?

Hi there, so I just built the following pc shown below and It won't turn on at all. I tried to go back and double-check to see if I forgot anything and I am pretty sure I didn't. I've looked and I can not figure out how and I've done both Rufus and your installer.

Like I already said I didn't exactly understand how to do that I told you they and you said just to download that and I just copied it in there and you didn't say anything otherwise so that's exactly what I did.

How would I get to windows R when it won't turn on?

This wipes all data too right?

Well that's exactly what I did for the current drive but the other drive is brand new and did the same thing how would I sysprep it?

SATA and Ive used multiple Hard Drives and this one I know 100% works is currently in there and I could always before stay in the Bios without it crashing, the crashing only happens when it tries to load windows.

Right thats what I was saying I already installed rufus on the usb and then i just put the memtest file into the usb drive but that didnt work. And still just tried it now and it didn't work I just get this.

Okay I reset it and nothing happened, just crashed, restarted by itself, went into window repairing and then it couldn't repair it I'll try and use that memtest but for now this PC is the weirdest I've dealt with.

Where exactly is it located?

I have no idea what kind of GPU it is because I haven't had time to look into that but I know it's brand is XFX, I know the CPU is a AMD Phenom ii x6 1045t and the ram I know is 8gb in total with 4 sticks, also I have no idea what a CMOS beats me to even know how to reset it haha.
