    I’m curious about SLI configurations and if they are worth the extra dollar. It is better upgrading to a new gpu or getting another of the same card. Also to SLI does it have to be the same card brand or manufacturer? Like I’m thinking about getting another gtx 1070 to SLI with my gtx 1070 turbo by ASUS. To SLI do I have to get another turbo or can i pair it with another gtx 1070 by MSI or someone else.

    Does anyone have a wireless network adapter by EDUP. I recently bought one from them and put it in the PCI-Express slot on my motherboard and downloaded the driver from there website. It made me restart my pc, but how do I know if the device is being used. My last card I had to go to a website and set it up directly and connect to the card on its own WIFI setting. This card isn't showing up In my network options, but on the motherboard the LED for the device is on. Do you guys think it sync'd to my network and I don't have to do anything else. Please help.

    Do I still need motherboard drivers to game well?

    I recently built a new pc and it came with with driver cd to install the drivers, but I have no optical drive. Does installing drivers matter, does it effect the power and performance of a CPU or GPU. I know you should install the GPU drivers, but what about mother drivers. Are they necessary?

    This may seem like a dumb question for a few of you guys but is it bad to put thermal paste into a fridge to cool it and use it when your ready for a new build. Would it have any different effect on the CPU heatsink or the CPU itself. I'm very curious about this topic.

    I figured out what was wrong and I feel stupid for it. My motherboard doesn’t include bios for my ryzen 2700 cpu. I didn’t do enough research. I have to use an older cpu to boot bios then install the bios update.

    So I’m guessing if the processor doesn’t work any USB ports connected to the motherboard won’t work either.

    Are USB ports directly connected to the processor (not literaly) but like in a way as if processor damaged USB's won't work.

    I new to pc building and i don't know all of the stuff to it. I know that none of my USB ports will not work for some reason and I don't know why. Im saying could it be my processor not connecting to the USB ports. Everything else works, the fans and gpu and motherboard lights all work.

    I did make sure the cables were in the slot securely. Also the cooler master PSU calcualor told met get a 450 watt power supply and thats what I did do you guys think its that or my cpu. I still can't figure out why my USB ports won't work.
