I am still the only one on LGA 1366.
I have had my old 930 up to 4.2 but it ran at 85c under load. figured I would not stress it out that much. but maybe I should just to post a pic. and hang in the 4.2 club =)

I would say go with something higher up there. My roommate blew a 650 watt in his system while gaming one day. so dont go cheep on one when you get it. It will help you save power over time as well.

You dont need to get something more than this as long as you are not going to cross fire and add 6 more hdd. Also consider an sdd. They help boost the system quite a bit.

My room mate used that exact build in his main year for 3 years. It is a solid processor chip that runs rather cool at 30c.On the negitive side the they do consume a bit of power. Most records I have seen on an overclock are about 4.2-4.4, however we were never able to hit higher than a 4.0 stable. The motherboard also supports 32 gb of ram. even though newegg says 16gb. if you are going to upgrade any of the other parts I would say go for a better power suppy or a better power effecient GPU.

As to the gaming preformance it was able to game well with a 5750. hitting 30-45 fps. with a 270x in the system there was a major system boost.
