for the scaling i want to go to adjust desktop size and position and perform the scaling on my gpu?

the refresh rate thankfully is pretty normal so i should be fine.

ok i will check it out and see if that works. That shouldnt be a problem when i go back to my normal setup right?

So im currently using a tv as a monitor because im traveling and the desktop will only output to what the tv says is 1080i which does not look great it recommend that i use 1360 x 768 but when i load up a game in 1920 x 1080 the tv that I am using then outputs it at 1080p HD and it looks good. Why am I unable to have my desktop at 1080p HD like i am able to with games. Is this a limitation of the display i am using or is there a way to have my computer output to 1080p like it does with games. I have a nvidia gtx1060 3gb.

Ok my mouse was screwed I need a new one and I don't know how to delete this on mobile so if anybody has the power to do so when they see it please do

Yea my mouse left click will drag but it's not consistent and it just started out of no where in the middle of a game I restrated my pc and the problem is still occurring I'm not sure what to do I swapped my mouse button to right and it worked for a little bit I have a feeling that it might be something with my computer bit I'm not sure any tips also my pc is acting slow when I hover over stuff on my task bar not showing the usual visual feedback that I get normally on windows 10 I just need some advice

I have been trying g to play rust and it's been taking almost 45 mins to load when I ask people in game they always sa to get an sd card. Does an sd card increase load time or anything else that would help me play the game?

try to buy game and get this "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." soo yea im not sure how to fix this and i want to buy the game because its on sale

Ok, so out of the things that I was looking at what do you think is the most important to improve my experience with games. The only games i cant really run perfectly is just cause 3 and rust. For just cause 3 I always get a pop up saying low memory at the start of the game and whenever I destroy stuff the game begins to lag and that's a problem knowing that destruction is almost 80% of the game. And rust is rust, It takes 5 hours to load and when it does I have to give it a little while to stop chopping and play smoothly. So what do i need graphics upgrade, ram?, cpu, or what?

So your saying i will be able to put in the 1070 and that i should clean my pc
