  1. Yes, it will play in Windows Media Player just fine.
  2. Sorry if that sentence was phrased badly, I compressed it with HandBrake prior to uploading it. It's an MP4.
  3. I apologize if this is off topic or in the wrong section of this forum, but I'm desperate for help and this is as close as I think I can get to it. Anyway, I'm trying to upload a video that's 18 seconds and compressed to YouTube, but it stays stuck at 0% forever. It doesn't even go up to one to at least tell me my connection is bad. It stays at 0. Any possible solutions? This is extremely frustrating.
  4. I had 60 gig Kingston V300, and I just replaced it with a 120 gig 850 EVO. What should I do with the Kingston drive... sell it? I don't believe I can run both in RAID, can I?
  5. Wait, if I already made a system image, having that on is irrelevant, right? I'll turn it off and hope it helps.
  6. Here's the issue. I was on a very tight budget when I bought my computer a year or so ago, and so much so that I was willing to save ~$20 for a 60 GB SSD over a 120 GB. I'm hugely regretting that now. For a while, I was sitting at about 10 GB on my 60 GB drive. This was fairly comfortable for me. Yeah, I had to use CCleaner every now and then to stay safe, but it was manageable. But I've now added some Adobe CC programs as well as the suite and I'm uncomfortably sitting at around 3.6 GB max... less when temp files and internet cache start to pile up. Is the process for migrating my current 60 GB SSD to a 120 GB a difficult one? I've heard programs that make it easy, but I have no idea how it even works. Do you connect the two drives via SATA to the same PC and just let the program do its magic? Also, would selling the drive on eBay for some money back be worth it? Or are their better alternatives? I'd like to receive some money back if I end up purchasing a 120 GB. Thanks guys! Oh, btw, my current 60 GB is a Kingston V300.
  7. So I can't seem to properly use the mic on my Apple Earpods. It never gets detected in Skype or Audacity. I'm not recording commentaries, I'd just much rather use Skype on my new computer that can actually handle Skype + a game at once rather than on my phone. The first thing I ask is, what jack should I plug it into? Line-in, Mic-in, the front HD Audio mic? Or none of the above? Or the Earpods don't work with PCs period.
  8. I notice an issue I've been having. I keep constantly doubling keys whenever I want to shift. Lol. Membrane madness... I did that with the title here. :[
  9. So I got a CMStorm Quickfire Rapid (not i) with the Cherry MX Browns. I've always taken the fact that these switches have a tactile bump as a good thing. My question is do most people after perhaps months with an MX Brown keyboard only type down to the bump part? Because I notice the way that I type (Maybe it's because I'm coming from a membrane keyboard...) I always bottom out the keys. Is this correct? All in all I still love this keyboard because of how light these switches are.
  10. By the way, is mechanicalkeyboards.com fine?
  11. My mom says I can have anything under $100. I was thinking "alright, maybe I'll finally be able to step into the mechanical keyboard realm," as I have never used one before. Is this money really worth the feels of a mechanical keyboard? I don't want to order one off of Newegg or Amazon and then realize "wow, is there really that huge of a difference here?" Another issue is that my mom doesn't know what mechanical switches are, so I kind of have to convince her both before and after I get it that I like it and it was well worth my money. Sub $100 MX Brown keyboard worth it? I also don't care about build quality too much unless it's 90%+ plastic.
  12. 3 weeks when I went to Bolivia. i fuckin died
  13. My situation is this: I've been using some crappy USB-WiFi adapter since I built my PC because I didn't realize that the motherboard doesn't have integrated WiFi. I also didn't realize that the motherboard's "Killer LAN" doesn't take advantage of WiFi. So how would I gain access to an Ethernet port? My router is in another room so... Would an extender work? Tbh I don't even know how exactly those work but uhhh... I want to improve my connection beyond WiFi. I'm willing to spend money to do so.
  14. Reminds me of when Razer called on their little eSports "Athletes" in the new Blackwidow... heh heh those were shit times.
  15. They're ok... they would have some trouble reaching 1080p for certain games though.
